Founded in 1989, Millennium is headquartered in New York City, with branches in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, London, and Paris.

Israel Englander is the manager of Millennium, whose portfolio as of September 30, 2011 was worth approximately $9,747,714,000, (almost 10 billion dollars.)
