Scottish & Southern Energy Services Plc. has recently signed a six-year lease on additional space from LaSalle Investment Management and Fasset.
The space equals a total of 18,775 square feet in several office buildings, and rent has been marked at over $240,000 per year.
LaSalle Investment Management’s Andrew Miller said “Attracting such high caliber FTSE 100 tenants to the Park is testament to the exceptional facilities, including power availability, and service that we deliver at Langstone. We are delighted that, with the considerable help of Fasset, SSE now occupy close to 30,000 square feet of the park.”
